LESS SEARCHING. MORE CREATING.

Let your work grow.
Not your paperwork.

For artists, designers and academics who want to organise their creative work — from the first sketch to a university report.

01 /

Every artwork has a story.

Record authors, descriptions, dimensions and files. Link one artwork to many exhibitions — from its first showing to the next biennale.

02 /

More than an artwork catalogue.

Document your artistic activity too. Exhibitions, curating and other activities belong alongside your artworks.

03 /

Documentation you can find.

Add images and files, caption them and arrange them in your preferred order. Thumbnails make your archive easy to browse.

04 /

Reports without starting from scratch.

Choose entries and fields, apply filters and prepare a CSV export. Save your template and report version for later.

05 /

Your academic path.

Keep universities, units, affiliations and degrees in your profile. Version history preserves the context of your work.

06 /

Come back to it later.

Save drafts, flag entries for review and complete them at your own pace. Version history preserves earlier information.

AN EASY START

You already have a body of work.
Start there.

You do not have to complete everything at once. Grow your archive alongside your artistic practice.

Start using Artunity ↗
  1. Add or import

Create your first entry or import a RAD-on report in XLSX or CSV format.

  2. Organise and connect

Review the division into artworks and activities. Add exhibitions, venues and documentation.

  3. Use it again

Find the entries you need and prepare a report with your chosen fields.

ART + ACADEMIA

Your art is diverse.
Your data can be consistent.

Posters, sculpture, textiles, installations, video or AI-assisted art. Describe each artwork on its own terms and add reporting data to the same entry.

Classification covers the discipline, category and POL-on achievement type. The system helps identify missing information before reporting.Direct submission to POL-on is not available yet.

GOOD TO KNOW

Your archive.
Your pace.

Are my entries public?

Your archive is private. Other regular users cannot access your entries. An authorised superadministrator has administrative access. You can publish selected entries and images in your portfolio. Selecting ‘Also share in the Artunity catalogue’ allows them to appear on the home page. Marking an entry as ready does not publish it.

Do I have to complete the entire form?

No. Start with the basics and save a draft. Add detailed descriptions, files and reporting information later.

Can I import data from RAD-on?

Yes. Import supports XLSX and CSV. Review entry classifications before confirming. Original import data is preserved too.

What if an artwork appears in several exhibitions?

One artwork can have many presentations, each with its own venue, opening date and exhibition dates. You do not need a copy of the artwork for every exhibition.

Is Artunity ready?

You're using a beta version in development. Archives, imports, documentation, reports, and contests are available. You can submit comments and suggestions via the "Report a Problem" feature in the app.
