Cookies and browser storage
Artunity uses cookies and browser storage to operate the service. Their purposes are described below.
Necessary
Supabase handles authentication. Session cookies keep you signed in and enable secure access to your private archive. Their names may start with “sb-”. Expiry depends on the session and authentication settings.
Your cookie choice is saved in browser storage as “artunity-cookie-preferences-v3” for up to 180 days. It is not used for tracking or advertising. The choice applies to this browser and site address; clearing storage means we ask again.
Analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects public-page visit statistics, browser and device information and approximate location. We use Google Ireland Limited. Data may be processed on Google servers outside the European Economic Area under the service’s terms.
The script is not loaded before consent or after refusal. In private areas we measure only general events, such as opening the archive, saving artwork, importing and password sign-in. Private page URLs are replaced by the home URL. Form contents, URL parameters and account IDs are not transmitted. Advertising features are disabled.
“_ga” and “_ga_…” cookies distinguish browsers and sessions. They expire within 180 days without automatic renewal. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and deletes these browser cookies; it does not automatically delete data already sent to Google.
